It has the unique humanistic beauty of water towns in the south of the Yangtze River. It is a charming old city with thick history and emotional memory. 

项目位于常州的核心地段，交通便捷，可达性强，商业、公园近在咫尺。如何将公园资源引入我们的场地，突出与周边住宅的差异性，在喧嚣的城市中，独享一方宁静。

The project is located in the core area of Changzhou, with convenient transportation and strong accessibility. Commerce and parks are close at hand. How to introduce park resources into our site, highlight the differences with surrounding houses, and enjoy peace in a noisy city.

纽约432 Park Avenue、东京新宿御园......都会中央公园，不仅是财富的象征，亦为豪宅独有的生活方式与动人景致。龍宸壹號一脉承续纽约中央公园豪宅基因，择址常州中央公园之畔。

432 Park Avenue in New York, Shinjuku Gyoen in Tokyo... Metropolitan Central Park is not only a symbol of wealth, but also a lifestyle and moving scenery unique to luxury houses. Long Chen No. 1 inherits the genes of New York's Central Park mansion, and is located on the bank of Changzhou Central Park.

我们不想做一个冰冷的建筑，希望是从场地中生长出来的景观，将中央公园资源最大化。创造一个城市制高点，形成全新的都市山水，与公园对话，使我们的场地成为公园的一部分。We don't want to be a cold building. We want to be a landscape growing from the site to maximize the resources of the Central Park. Create a commanding height of the city, form a new urban landscape, talk with the park, and make our site a part of the park.

南侧为项目唯一展示界面，我们希望营造一个令人印象深刻的长卷画面。有别于常见的高端项目府系的庄严厚重，照壁的富丽堂皇，我们更希望从空间出发，模拟自然之势，赋予场地丰富的高差变化，结合建筑形态，营造一幅山峦叠翠的自然画卷。

The south side is the only display interface of the project. We hope to create an impressive long scroll. Different from common high-end projects, the solemn and thick government department and the magnificent screen wall, we hope to start from the space, simulate the natural trend, endow the site with rich height difference changes, and combine the architectural form to create a natural picture of undulating mountains and emerald mountains.▲逐级跌下的层层流水，形成一个山林叠瀑的景观效果。

The layer by layer of flowing water that falls step by step forms a landscape effect of a mountain forest stacked with a waterfall.

▲瀑布之中植入绿色斑块，形成瀑布之上的绿岛，形成流动的盛宴。聚焦视线，使人仿若置身山林。感受光、影、水、植物的交融，沉浸于层叠的瀑布中，享受惬意的生活。

随着视线的前进，有温馨的暖色调光线将人引入山谷，营造一个有温度的精致的山谷，默然回头一整片绿色映入眼前，会看到中央公园的一角，通过山谷花园即将到达二楼的空间。

半山之间品精致生活，到达二楼仿若置身于半山之中，安静的湖面与瀑布形成对比，从室内望去，自然的形成一幅都市山水画卷。放下脚步，漫步其中，享受独有的半山静湖。

Enjoy the exquisite and delicate life in the middle of the mountain. When you reach the second floor, it is like being in the middle of the mountain. The quiet lake is in contrast with the waterfall. 设计始于对场地的感知与分析，引入中央公园的景观资源，在城市核心区域创造一个制高点。景观统筹建筑、室内进行整体化设计，结合新山水设计方法论，与场地共赢共生，模拟自然之势，营造一幅都市山水画卷，于繁华中悦享自然之美。

The design begins with the perception and analysis of the site, introducing the landscape resources of the Central Park, and creating a commanding height in the core area ofthe city. The landscape coordinates the architectural and interior integrated design, combined with the new landscape design methodology, co-existing with the site, simulating the trend of nature, creating a picture of urban landscape, and enjoying the beauty of nature in the bustling city.

在方案阶段的提前介入，使现场操作人员更加理解设计的意图，以及对于场地的思考。

The early intervention in the scheme stage enables the on-site operators to better understand the design intention and think about the site.通过方案设计优化建议、施工图评审、施工技术研讨，景观，建筑，室内，结构等多专业专业为了确保施工方向统一，梳理施工重难点并对施工效果提出优化建议，以求达到最高效率，三专业紧密配合的打造一坐15米高的“都市山水画卷”。Through scheme design optimization suggestions, construction drawing review, construction technology discussion, architecture, landscape and interior, in order to ensure the unity of construction direction, sort out the key and difficult points of construction and put forward optimization suggestions for construction effect, in order to achieve the most efficiency, the three disciplines closely cooperate to create a 15 meter high "urban landscape painting", a mountain like integrated design.

景观、建筑、室内三专业运用了资源最大化利用的方式，在成本、质量与计划上取得了很好的平衡。景观方面省去常规大门头大廊架等构架的费用，因地制宜选用当地常规树种，最终的造价在甲方的成本控制内。

The three majors of architecture, landscape, and interior use the method of maximizing the use of resources and achieve a good balance in cost, quality and planning. Save the cost of conventional large porch frames and other structures, and choose local conventional tree species according to local conditions.
